ENTREÉS
Mediterranean Wrap--House-made dehydrated flax-zucchini tortilla, sprouted garbanzo-lemon hummus, mixed greens, marinated and lightly dehydrated vegetables and pumpkin seed falafel.
Caesar Wrap--Using a collard leaf as a tortilla we wrap up a caesar salad with dehydrated falafel croutons, salt cured sun-dried olives and a creamy lemon hummus.
Sunburger--A dehydrated Sun Pattie made of assorted vegetables, soaked nuts and seeds, herbs and spices. Topped with pickled onions, tomatoes and house-made mustard and served with a leaf lettuce bun.
Eggplant Lasagna--Layers of zucchini noodles, seasoned & dehydrated eggplant with marinara sauce, lemon-pine nut cheese and basil sauce.
Rawco --The rawco is a raw taco. The taco shell is a purple cabbage leaf, which is stuffed with a delicious, spiced, sprouted nut and seed “meat”. On top of that we layer guacamole, pico de gallo and a shredded salad dressed with a lime-incan berry dressing.
SALADS
Hemp Seed Tabouli -- Hemp seeds, with there amazing health benefits, take the place of the bulgur wheat and are tossed with parsley, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, garlic and onions.
Yellow Curry Vegetables --A fresh Thai style curry made of turmeric, galangal, ginger, shallot and cilantro. Turned creamy with Artisan cashew and coconut butters over a medley of organic vegetables
Seasonal Salad-- We create unique salads using seasonal fruits and vegetables mixed with House of the Sun flavor.
DESSERTS
Chocolate Mousse- Silky smooth chocolate mousse. Contains only cacao, avocado, agave and a pinch of sea salt.
Incan-Goji Torte--Rich, creamy, tangy, sweet and good for you. Coconut oil and cashew butter, both from Artisana, supply the bulk. Fresh squeezed lemon and lime juices, incan berries, goji berries, agave and a crust made of sprouted and dehydrated pumpkin seeds, walnuts and medjool dates.
Dark Chocolate Torte-- Made from cacao butter, and cacao powders, coconut oil, agave steeped with vanilla beans and a pinch of celtic sea salt.
